WHAT IS WE WATCH 24-7 LIVE
We Watch 24-7 Live is a live video verification feed from your CCTV directly to your monitoring centre whenever the Intruder, Fire, or Panic alarm is activated.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ALARM GOES OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT?
On receiving an alarm from your premises, our controllers will view your CCTV cameras live to verify any obvious risk to your premises or your staff. We Watch 24-7 Live allows our controllers to relay that information to you in real time. In the event that trespassers are on site then our controllers will contact the Gardai immediately with a description of the trespassers ensuring
the fastest possible response.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FIRE ALARM ACTIVATES?
Unless you can confirm that you do not want the fire services called, an ARC must despatch them which can result in costly charges. With We Watch 24-7 Live our controllers will be able to tell you what they can see in the event they get a fire alarm from your premises. In the event a fire
is confirmed, our controllers will immediately contact the fire services saving valuable time.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I TURN UP TO CHECK MY PREMISES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO CHECK OUT AN ALARM ACTIVATION?
Always a concern with key-holders as they do not know what or who might be waiting for them. With We Watch 24-7 Live our controllers will watch you enter your premises if they have called you about an alarm activation. They will watch you on your CCTV live while you are on the phone with them, and will stay with you until you are safe inside and you have disarmed the alarm.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
No additional equipment will be required for We Watch 24-7 Live as long as you have an approved CCTV system. Just check with ourselves.
OPTION AUDIO WARNINGS: CAN YOUR CONTROLLERS WARN TRESPASSERS TO LEAVE ON MY AUDIO SYSTEM?
Yes, it is possible for our controllers to warn trespassers to leave over your Audio system. This is an additional option and depends on your CCTV system and Audio system. Just check this option with us.
